We gladly accept cancellations within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via Etsy messages within that 14-day window. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll process the cancellation and refund in full.
If the order has already shipped, you may still return the item once received, but you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original, unused condition.
